starting a new adventure!

ive been missing for a few days!
so where have i been?
no where really ~ !

but today i start a new adventure...



having never really beat this game before, i will take on the challenge of playing thru the game with out level grinding or using a guide to find all the treasure.
i will play thru the story line at a normal pace, and will document my new adventure with pictures and videos

BCNM and Pop set NMs !

Ariesol, Quach, Blue and I tried yet again for the kraken club via the BCNM
I wasn't really expecting a drop but i still gota try or else i cant get one x_x

we did like 4 runs or so, no one really got any good drops but the everything went really smooth, which is good for future runs.




Next was POP NMs
Alastor Antlion !
today we did alastor antlion for our mages !

i found out this fight is a little harder than i thought
the main problem about this fight ist that the antlion has En-Petrify, which makes keeping hate a bitch since im just standing there doing jack shit lol..

we had a lot of pop sets but we toasted the NM rather fast so it didnt really take that long to get them all done.

KIRIN !
Our linkshells first kirin set, well actually we arnt a sky shell, nor do we do any sky farming at all.
this happend to be my personal kirin set that i had from when i lead TeamSubligar
in the old shell, we farmed up lots of god pops and killed lots of gods... but we never got big enough to actually kill kirin, so ive had some pop sets for a while collecting dust.

in imperial we schedualed a linkshell event for my and alastors pop set.
as it turns out we were both after w.legs, the rule for this event was that the pop set owner got to pick 1 drop on kill, and the ls would get the rest.

so today i had the day off from work so i went to camp aspid.
today is a high chance of hq so im pretty excited.
however we ran into a slight problme, no one can remember the correct ToD lol..
from the looks it if, we wernt the only ones, as no one else really attempted to sneak /invis to camp it. instead all of the other shells were camping in the middle clearing out the place - the whole time - somthing they did not do at previous camps.
then suddenly in the middle of the zone

and so returning to the game and having an end game shell again i meet up with an old comrade, Salvage.

tonight we did farming + boss fight. things went rather smooth in my opnion.

first event with new linkshell !

The first linkshell event that took place since the addition of me and bluefrost was Einherjar.
I was pretty excited, I had done some Einherjar in the past, before the nerf. However, it wasnt very successful. Despite my previous failed attempts I was high spirited about this group and this run.

Our mobs ended up being the kraken type.

Tentacle Rape Hentai, anyone? x_x

Actually this monster type was in our favor since sleepaga seems to be more reliable than lullaby.

IT didn't take too long to kill off the first wave. In fact we didn't suffer much death either. this was the first time i actually killed off all the mobs on the first pull. i had expected a second wave or something. from what i read on the forums there are NMs and 2nd and 3rd waves or some shit.
As for us, we just went for the boss next.











It was hard for us to find a way to kill the boss. We had our PLD and NIN kite it and had BLM try to nuke it. The AoE really hurt us bad. It was hard for our melee to find a way to deal DPS fast enough to kill the monster with the given time limit without getting them selfs killed in the process.

We ended up getting the boss to 20% before timing out.
For being the linkshells 2nd run it wasn't too bad, definitely looking forward to the next run.

So me and bluefrost went fishing for my cor af quest~

the quest item can only be fished on a boat ride from white gate.

we chose the route to nashmu- when the boat arived we started to see the same glitch o.O









kinda funky lol.

so we get on the boat and start fishing.

Lo and Behold!


this isnt the quest item, so what imporntance does it have?

this is why
that fish requires lv 41 fishing.

Long time no see

It has been a long while since I posted anything ._.
The main reasons the blog has been lacking... TeamSubligar broke and I took a break from the game.

After my break I came back and joined a hnm shell.

The leader talked shit about bluefrost and then kicked her, for things that were completely untrue.
I left the shell because of that shorty after getting an item i wanted.
Now im tagged as an oppertunist and loot whore by my own friends and they wont let me in their shells.

Just recently i got accecpted into Imperal and i have motivation to play the game again

DING! lv 33

the past few days ive really been cranking the exp- and today i ended up at lv 33 ( shy 2,000 exp ) of 34.

planning on getting lv 40 in the next few days and get the AF gun- then crunch it hard core to 50 to start my AF armor quest.
